The fellowship funding will be dispersed in three equal installments throughout the year, with the first installment arriving in early September.
While the fellowship is typically granted for a period of up to two years, the fellowship committee may, under exceptional circumstances, approve the extension of fellowship funding beyond this period. Fellows must provide substantial justification for such an extension.
